I feel so absolutely devastated & helpless right now.
My friends, from back home, took their 8 month old infant into the hospital for what should have been a routine procedure, and the doctors were unable to get his heart to start.
Losing they’re baby is awful and the worst thing ever, except it’s still worse. Last year, they had another little baby who was very sick and needed a liver transplant, but couldn’t get one and ended up dying at 7 months.
Life just seems so unfair.
It’s so frustrating to me that I work with so many families that don’t value their children in the right ways and end up losing parental rights due to abuse or neglect, and then there are these people who have done everything to try and help their kids, and now they have had to deal with 2 dead infants in 2 years.

Ugh. My heart.
